Momo is a registered Organisational Psychologist who is passionate about understanding human motivations, attitudes and behaviours and using this understanding to advise organisations in formulating effective strategies, policies and systems that create value for diverse stakeholder groups including employees, customers and shareholders.

He specialises in the areas of: Organisational Psychology (specialist in behavioural change, family and community change); Organisational Change (he studies how people respond to change, individuals attitudes and behaviours including resistance, commitment and acceptance to change initiatives); Human Resource Management (practices as a consultant delivering training programs to businesses, government institutions and universities); Organisational Behaviour (tutors courses in individual, teams and organisational behaviours that attract more than 500 students every semester in the UQ business school), and; Research Methodology (he is passionate about finding new methods to improve our techniques and processes of generating new information).
