Victor has considerable experience in senior management roles, and as an organisational researcher and management educator.
He has published several books, more than 60 government reports and monographs, and more than 200 international research articles in some of the world’s leading management and psychology publications.
In the past few years, he has ERA A* journal publications appearing in Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, Journal of Vocational Behaviour, Journal of Management, and Leadership Quarterly plus publications over this same time in the ERA A journals Human Relations, Journal of Business Ethics and British Journal of Social Psychology.
Victor received the University of Queensland Award for Excellence in Higher Degree Supervision, and also was elected as a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences in Australia in recognition of his contributions to research and scholarship. Victor is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He has an international reputation in the development of theories about corporate change and communication, winning a number of Best Papers awards for his published work.
